Handle incoming calls and emails, forwarding them to relevant individuals or departments.
Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to ensure the reception area is well-maintained.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and various departments to relay messages and information.
